This is the highest decision making body in the state level. It shall consist of the following elected state chapter officers:

a. State/Province Chairman — (Presiding Officer)

b. Assistant Chairman

c. State Secretary

d. Assistant State Secretary

e. Financial Secretary

f. Treasurer

g. Publicity Secretary

h. Prayer / Welfare Officer

j. Legal Adviser

j. Auditor

k. State Director — (Ex-officio, advisory)
